For Accommodation, Toul'Box will contact you by the end of April or beginning of May. You need to fill out your preference (3 preferences in order) of which type of room you need. For Type A & Type B rooms rents vary from €299 to €387 (prices are updated yearly) depending upon your room type and which floor you choose. Ground floor rooms are cheaper than other floors.
Alternate options:
- CROUS
- La Roche
- Other residences
Take the accommodation such that you start your contract during the last few days of the month (Some benefit with starting of CAF).
Ensure that the collection of key is an hour after you reach Toulouse. If you are reaching Toulouse after the working hours, transfer the key collection authority to one of your friends who has reached earlier or to a senior.
Housing Insurance
House insurance is compulsory for renting a residence. There are several housing insurance possibilities that are available online. Many of the students previously have opted for Student housing insurance
You can choose the option with civil liability insurance. Most students chose policy 3 but it depends on your needs.
